Our service
Expatservices prepares medical insurance claims from the documents you provide and submits them to the insurance company you name. We are an independent service. We are not an insurance company, a law firm, or a medical provider, and we do not give legal or medical advice.
Our fee
Our fee is a flat $500 USD per claim, paid in full before we begin. We do not take a share of any money your insurer pays you.
No guarantee of payment
Your insurance company alone decides whether to pay your claim, and how much. We cannot promise any result, and our fee is not based on the result.
Refunds
- Before we start work: you get a full refund.
- After we start work: the fee cannot be refunded, because the work is under way.
- If we can’t take on your claim: you get a full refund.
To ask for a refund, call or email us. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
What we need from you
You agree that the information and documents you give us are true and complete, and that you have the right to share them. We may contact you if something is missing.
Payments from your insurer
Any payment goes from your insurance company to you. We do not receive or handle insurance payments.
Time limits
Insurance companies set deadlines for claims. Please send us your documents as early as you can. We are not responsible for a deadline that passed before you came to us.
Limit of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the fee you paid. [Attorney to confirm wording.]
