Questions and answers
What do I get for the $500?
We review your bills and records, prepare your claim, and submit it to your insurance company. We also tell you when it has been sent, and we pass on what your insurer says.
Why do I pay before you start?
Your payment is what starts the work. We go through everything with you first, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Is my claim guaranteed to be paid?
No. Your insurance company makes that decision, and no honest service can promise the result. We make sure your claim is complete and sent correctly.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you get a full refund if we have not started work on your claim. Once we have started, the fee cannot be refunded. The Terms & Refunds page explains this.
I am not comfortable with computers. Can someone help me?
Of course. Call us on +1 (555) 010-0100 and we will go through it with you, one step at a time. A family member is also welcome to help you.
Is my medical information safe?
We treat it with great care and only use it to prepare and submit your claim. Please do not send medical details by email or through our contact form. Call us and we will explain the safe way to share them. Our HIPAA Notice explains how we protect it and what your rights are.
What counts as one claim?
Generally, one treatment or one hospital stay, sent to one insurance company. If you are not sure, call us before you pay and we will tell you.
What if my documents are in another language?
Please send them anyway. If your insurer needs a translation, we will tell you before anything further happens.
What if my insurer says no?
We will tell you what the insurer said and why. The $500 covers preparing and submitting your claim. An appeal is a separate piece of work, which we can talk through with you.
How long does it take?
We confirm we have received your documents within one business day. After that, the timing depends on your insurance company. We will keep you informed.
Ready to hand over the paperwork?
It starts with one short phone call. We will walk you through everything.
